    Drug Take Back Day is Approaching On Saturday, April 29th, from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., the Greenbelt Police Department will again partner with the DEA in the Drug Take Back Campaign, where residents can drop off expired, unwanted and unused prescription medication. The goals of the campaign are twofold; to help prevent prescription drug abuse and to reduce the amount of these types of medications making their way into our water supply due to improper disposal. The drop off area will be located in the lobby of the Greenbelt Police Department, 550 Crescent Road.

    Only 5 boxes per person. Personal records only (no business). Must be present to shred. Please, no contaminants – NO BATTERIES Paint recycling! Cost - $5 per container Your old paint will be used in developing countries humanitarian construction projects. DO NOT mix paint in other containers. In order for the paint to be properly used, the contents on the inside need to match the label on the outside. If you are unable to attend the event, you may hire this service directly to come to your home for an additional $30 service fee.
