Artful Afternoon: Adventures in Children's Literature
See the play “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe” based on the C.S. Lewis classic (3pm). Help create a puppet show based on Leo Lionni's book "Swimmy" (1-3pm). "Bugs and Bugsicles" book reading and activity for ages 4+ with Greenbelt author Amy Hansen (1-2pm).

Artful Afternoon
Make cloth fairies, Manga elves and more with artist Celestine Ranney-Howes (1-3pm). The Spilling Ink Project shares tales from Indian folklore through South Indian classical dance (3pm).

Create art flags for public display with fabric artist Russ Little (1-3pm). Dance party! All ages: learn dances of the 1920's through the 1980's with Angella Foster (1:30-3:30pm). Greenbelt Schools Music Festival (3-4pm).

Artful Afternoon: Peace Month and Greenbelt's 73rd Anniversary
Fun, historically-inspired crafts with the Greenbelt Museum, plus an art workshop sponsored by the Prince George's County Peace and Justice Coalition (1-3pm). The Greenbelt Concert Band’s rousing tribute to our fair city (3pm).
