MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION/LEGISLATIVE DINNER held Thursday, February 25, 1998 at Reynold’s Tavern in Annapolis, Maryland, for the purpose of discussing legislative issues.

Mayor Davis convened the meeting at 6:30 p.m.

PRESENT WERE Council members Edward V.J. Putens, Rodney Roberts, Alan Turnbull and Thomas X. White; and Mayor Judith F. Davis.

ALSO PRESENT WERE Leo Green, State Senator; Mary Conroy and Joan Pitkin, State Delegates; Audrey Scott, County Council Member; Michael P. McLaughlin, City Manager; Robert Manzi, City Solicitor and David E. Moran, City Clerk.

Mayor Davis welcomed the legislators and thanked them for attending. The Mayor reviewed the city's 1998 Legislative Program with the legislators. Legislators reported on the status of each of the items in the city’s program.

At the conclusion of the meeting the legislators thanked the City for their hospitality.

The work session was adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
