MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION held Monday, January 22, 2001, for the purpose of interviewing a candidate for a City Advisory Group.

The meeting began at 7:45 p.m. It was held in the Library of the Municipal Building.

PRESENT WERE: Council members Edward V. J. Putens, Rodney M. Roberts, Alan Turnbull, Thomas X. White, and Mayor Judith F. Davis.

STAFF PRESENT: Kathleen Gallagher, City Clerk.

Council interviewed the following applicant for a position on a City Advisory Group:

Veta Hurst for the Advisory Planning Board, Advisory Committee on Education, Community Relations Advisory Board, and Youth Advisory Committee. It was determined that Ms. Hurst does not at this time live within the city limits of Greenbelt.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
