The meeting began at 7:35 p.m. It was held in the Library of the Municipal Building.

PRESENT WERE: Council members Edward V. J. Putens, Rodney M. Roberts, Thomas X. White, and Mayor Judith F. Davis. Mr. Turnbull was away.

STAFF PRESENT: Kathleen Gallagher, City Clerk.

Council interviewed the following individuals for appointment to City Advisory Groups:

E. Scott Frison - Advisory Planning Board, Board of Appeals, Employee Relations Board, Community Relations Advisory Board, Recycling & Environment Advisory Committee, Senior Citizens Advisory Committee, and Youth Advisory Committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
