MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION held Monday, July 2, 2001, for the purpose of interviewing a candidate for appointment to a City Advisory Group.

The meeting began at 7:40 p.m. It was held in the Library of the Municipal Building.

PRESENT WERE: Council members Edward V.J. Putens, Rodney M. Roberts, Alan Turnbull, Thomas X. White, and Mayor Judith F. Davis.

STAFF PRESENT: Kathleen Gallagher, City Clerk.

Council interviewed the following individual for appointment to a City Advisory Group:

Amy Rutledge - Advisory Committee on Trees, Arts Advisory Board, Recycling & Environment Advisory Committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
