MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION held Wednesday, June 19, 2002, for the purpose talking with an individual regarding City Council advisory groups.

The meeting began at 7:40 p.m. It was held in the Conference Room of Suite 200 in the Community Center.

PRESENT WERE: Council members Edward V. J. Putens, Alan Turnbull, and Mayor Judith F. Davis. Councilmember Rodney M. Roberts arrived later.

STAFF PRESENT: Kathleen Gallagher, City Clerk.

Council talked with Dea Zugby of the Community Relations Advisory Board regarding possible appointment to the Employee Relations Advisory Board.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
