MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION held Monday, January 13, 2003, for the purpose of interviewing candidates for City Council advisory groups.

The meeting began at 7:30 p.m. It was held in the Library of the Municipal Building.

PRESENT WERE: Council members Rodney M. Roberts, Thomas X. White, and Mayor Judith F. Davis. Councilmember Edward V. J. Putens arrived at about 7:45 p.m.

STAFF PRESENT: Kathleen Gallagher, City Clerk.

The following individuals were interviewed for appointments to advisory groups:

Margaret Cahalan - Advisory Committee on Education, Advisory Committee on Trees, Arts Advisory Board, Park & Recreation Advisory Board, Recycling & Environment Advisory Committee, and Youth Advisory Committee

Sonja Nielsen – Arts Advisory Board
