SESSION OF THE GREENBELT CITY COUNCIL
Held Wednesday, March 3, 2004
For the purpose of interviewing candidates for the Forest Preserve
Task Force.
The meeting began at 7:45 p.m. It was held in the Multipurpose Room of the Community Center.
PRESENT WERE: Councilmembers Konrad E. Herling, Leta M. Mach, Edward V. J. Putens, Rodney M. Roberts, and Mayor Judith F. Davis.
STAFF PRESENT: Kathleen Gallagher, City Clerk.
The following individuals were interviewed for appointment to the task force:
Shaun Abell, Renata Atkinson, Keith Chernikoff, Susan Smithers, and John Cooper.
Other Business
Information was relayed on several topics: School Board CIP funding; status of planning & zoning legislation; status of Greenbelt Station discussions; and a request to hold a public debate in Greenbelt about slot machines.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
