The meeting began at 7:30 p.m. It was held in Suite 200 of the Community Center.

PRESENT WERE: Councilmembers Konrad E. Herling, Leta M. Mach, Edward V. J. Putens, Rodney M. Roberts, and Mayor Judith F. Davis.

STAFF PRESENT: Kathleen Gallagher, City Clerk.

The following individual was interviewed for appointment to an advisory group:

Veronica Hemrich - Public Safety Advisory Committee, Advisory Planning Board, Arts Advisory Board, and Youth Advisory Committee
