The meeting began at 7:35 p.m. It was held in the Library of the Municipal Building.

PRESENT WERE: Councilmembers Konrad E. Herling, Leta M. Mach, Rodney M. Roberts, and Mayor Judith F. Davis. Councilmember Edward V. J. Putens arrived later.

STAFF PRESENT: Kathleen Gallagher, City Clerk.

The following individual was interviewed for appointment to an advisory group:

Elizabeth Gaines – Employee Relations Board

Council also discussed vacancies and pending applications for other boards and committees.
