Senior Services & Programs
Services Provided
The Greenbelt Assistance in Living Program (GAIL) provides numerous services to Greenbelt seniors and their caregivers.  The Community Resource Advocate coordinates the program and works to connect seniors and caregivers with needed resources to enable seniors to remain living independently as long as possible. The Geriatric Case Manager provides mental health and case management services to Greenbelt seniors.  In addition, the program has a Service Coordinator that provides services to residents of Greenridge House.

Providing information and referral is a key component of the program and thus links are also provided for numerous other helpful sites on the Internet.

The Accessible Greenbelt Program
The GAIL program has been awarded a grant to offer qualified Greenbelt residents a limited number of accessibility items, installation, and home modifications to enable seniors and disabled adults, in need, the ability to remain in their homes as long as possible. Please see the program flyer and application for full details.
