Sunday, December 2, 2018. 1-4pm. Festival of Lights

The Artist in Residence Program provides creative professionals with community, exposure and affordable 24-hour workspace. Participation is open to qualifying fine artists and fine craftspersons who are at least 18 years of age. Artists are expected to work in their studios at least 30 hours per month. This program is open to both residents and non-residents of Greenbelt.

Each studio space is located in a sunny former classroom shared with other artists. Studio size is about 10’ X 17’ of dedicated space plus common areas and a shared sink.

All studios are currently full. To receive notification when the next application round opens, sign up for the Artfans monthly e-newsletter

The Greenbelt Community Center is located at 15 Crescent Road in Greenbelt, Maryland.  For more information or an appointment to see the space, contact Nicole DeWald, Arts Supervisor: , 240-542-2057.
