Construction projects for which building permits are required from Prince George’s County must also be permitted by the city. Applications are available at the Department of Planning and Community Development 301-345-5417

CONSTRUCTION PERMITS AND INSPECTION

Any construction activities which impacts the city right-of-way must be reviewed by this office. Depending on the type and scope of construction, a permit may be required. Contact the Community Development office at 301-345-5417 for more information.
