ACCIDENT REPORTS
There is a $5 fee which may be paid by check (made out to "City Treasurer", credit card, money order or cash (exact amount required) Police reports may be requested by mail or in person and will only be released to interested parties. Be prepared to show government issued identification (drivers license etc.)
Information on criminal reports may be redacted.
Complete reports will only be released with a court subpoena.
Accident reports will only be released to qualifying individuals and must be accompanied by the Automobile Accident Report Request form. If the request is being mailed, a photocopy of the requestor's drivers license must be included in the request. Also, please include a self addressed envelope.
