LEARN THE COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL TECHNIQUE OF RECOGNIZING YOUR OWN “SELF-TALK’’, AND HOW IT SHAPES YOUR THINKING, MOODS AND BEHAVIOR.

Workshop will cover:
• Understanding and Identifying Automatic Thoughts
• Changing Problematic Self-Talk

Workshop materials taken from the popular self-help workbook, Thoughts and Feelings, Taking Control of Your Moods and Life, by Mathew McKay, Ph.D., Martha Davis, Ph.D., and Patrick Fanning.
