  1. What can be accomplished in the short term (within 6 months)?
    1. Identify Point-of-Contact within City Staff.

       

    2. Formation of Social Media page as forum to share info/experiences.

       

    3. Identify Greenbelt businesses who benefit from infrastructure improvements.

       

    4. Identify locations of bicycle parking racks.

       

       

    5. ON-STREET: Place sewage drain grate at Metro Circle & Cherrywood.

       

    6. Develop driver’s education thru GNR and pamphlets.

       

       

    7. Develop bicycle and pedestrian maps.

       

  2. What are our long-term objectives (6-12 month action plans)?
  1. “Hot Spots Improvements” as identified during 9/6 meeting.
  2. Fix pot holes/rough spots (re-pave?) on Ivy Lane bike path.
  3. Widen path between Braden Fields & Crescent/Westway.
  4. Improve rain water flow between Gardenway & Spellman Overpass (often ices in winter).
  5. Improve path from University Square Apartments on Westway to

    (A) 10 Southway, (B) 14 Ridge and, (C) 12 Ridge.
