Who is considered a Greenbelt resident?
Greenbelt resident are those residing within the corporate limits of Greenbelt who pay City taxes and are entitled to vote in City elections. Greenbelt Road and 6999-7699 Hanover Parkway are not considered Greenbelt.
How come Greenbelt Road isn't considered a Greenbelt address?
There are several residential complexes which have a Greenbelt Address, but the owners of the facilities do not pay City taxes and are therefore not considered Greenbelt residents. These complexes include The Hanover, Chelsea Woods and the Gates at Cipriano.
What's required for proof of residency?
A state Issued photo ID or current lease or mortgage showing a valid Greenbelt address.
Do you have to be a member or can anyone come to the pool?
You do not have to be a member to use the facility. You just come and pay the daily admission charge. During weekends in the summer, admission is limited to Greenbelt residents and pass holders and their guests.
How many paying guests can I bring to the pool?
Each resident can bring up to 3 paying guests.
Is admission for the whole building or can I just pay for the area I want to use?
Admission is for the entire building, we cannot regulate people a who just want to use one part of the facility.
