The CARES Job Bank is a listing of community odd jobs, such as babysitting, yard work, dog walking, etc. Job Bank members are young persons (12-18 years) who want to be hired for odd job employment. Youth who want to be a member should call the CARES office at 301-345-6660.
Persons wanting to hire a Job Bank youth can telephone CARES for names of Job Bank members. All arrangements are then made between the employer and the Job Bank member, such as job tasks, transportation, and rate of pay.
